Wates has finished building a 144,000 sq ft development behind the famous Piccadilly Lights in London's West End.
The new seven-story, mixed-use building was built for Landsec and includes retail and office space, as well as residential apartments.
Wates said Piccadilly's Lights were illuminated throughout the project.
