Kier has completed a £21m restoration project on a Sheffield housing development, delivering 54 student flats and 24 studio flats.

The Park Hill flats complex is Britain’s largest Grade-II-listed building, and sits above the city's main train station.

The new student flats constructed by Kier comprise a total of 356 bedrooms for student accommodation developer Alumno.
