Newly released drone footage shows the last construction stages of the first NHS National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC), which the Vinci Building and Sir Robert McAlpine IHP joint venture is building in Loughborough.
The £105m centre is part of the New Hospital Programme aiming to modernise NHS buildings over several phases. It will have 70 beds and will be staffed and run by Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.
NRC was designed using modern methods of construction and aims to support the NHS's carbon net-zero by 2045 target.
