US consultant HDR has bought London-based Hurley Palmer Flatt Group for an undisclosed sum.
The deal sees HDR acquire Hurley Palmer Flatt, Andrew Reid, Bradbrook Consulting and Concentre Consulting.
Together, the two companies will have around 1,200 employees in their combined building engineering services division across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Asia-Pacific region and the USA.
