Suppliers chosen for £800m building safety and compliance framework

Public sector procurement firm Fusion21 has appointed 145 specialist companies to a £800m national building safety and compliance framework over four years.

The framework was designed to support Fusion21’s members across the public sector in managing and maintaining building safety and demonstrating building compliance.

It includes 12 lots, including a new one dedicated to sprinkler and mist systems.

The framework was set up under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Peter Francis, group executive director of operations at Fusion21, said: “Having listened to member and supplier feedback, we’ve created a new generation of the Building Safety and Compliance Framework, suitable for all building types across the public sector.
