Police have arrested a 38-year-old man on suspicion of perverting the course of justice, in relation to the Metropolitan Police’s Grenfell Tower investigation.
The man, who was arrested on Saturday 24 October in the Sussex area, was taken to a local police station and has since been released under investigation.
The Metropolitan Police added that the arrest was not made in relation to the ongoing Grenfell Tower Inquiry hearings that have taken place over the past week.
