Tatton joined Tilbury Douglas in 2017, where he led the regional building businesses before taking on wider responsibilities for fit-out, engineering and infrastructure. He became COO in 2022.

His previous roles include COO at Bouygues UK, a brief stint as managing director for housing at Willmott Dixon and ISG's UK construction managing director.
Gandy began his career as a trainee engineer at Trollope and Colls in 1979. He then held senior executive positions at major contractors, including Lendlease, Balfour Beatty and Kier. He was appointed chief executive of Tilbury Douglas in October 2019.
Gandy previously served on the CIOB board of trustees and is currently an elected director of trade body Build UK.
Gandy said: “It has been a real privilege to have led the turnaround of Tilbury Douglas and see the business growing again from a solid foundation. I thank all my colleagues, our board and our shareholders for their hard work and encouragement during that time.”
