Fit-out firm Paragon Interiors Group is up for sale after entering administration.
The company, which employs around 90 people, has three offices in Nottingham and Birmingham and London.
Administrator Leonard Curtis Business Rescue & Recovery has been appointed to oversee the firm, amid reports that it struggled to pay staff this month.
Paragon, which claims to have worked for the lines of Deloitte, Land Rover, Jaguar and Marks & Spencer, had a turnover of £62m in the 15 months to 30 June 2017, according to accounts filed in Companies House, making a pre-tax profit of £131,000.
