NHS Shared Business Services Ltd (NHS SBS) has published a preliminary market engagement notice for a new iteration of its public sector construction consultancy framework.
The £2.3bn framework is expected to start in August 2027 and run until July 2029, with the possibility of an extension to 2031.
The proposed lots in the preliminary market engagement notice include:
• Lot 1: Architectural services
• Lot 2: Project management
• Lot 3: Civil and structural engineering
