Ministry of Justice plans £3.5bn construction framework

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has set out plans for a £3.5bn construction framework for projects worth up to £30m.

The Constructor Services Framework has a potential future spend of up to £2.5bn over five years, with the possibility of £1bn of additional spend if the framework is extended for an extra two years.

The works undertaken under the framework, up to a value of £30m, will include new build, refurbishment, maintenance, and minor works.
