The homes, in the Steyne Estate, Acton, will be spread across three buildings with a mix of London Affordable Rent (LAR), shared ownership and market price flats.
The 71 LAR and 90 shared ownership homes have received over £16m of grant funding from the Greater London Authority.
London region managing director at McLaren Construction, Darren Gill, said: “We’re delighted to be able to integrate Passivhaus design for sustainable living on this scheme. Integrating affordability and multi-generational living on the same project is visionary from Ealing Council and we look forward to bringing this to life.”
