The Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority, the body in charge of the restoration of the Palace of Westminster, has opened a market consultation to gather the views of companies interested in being involved in the project.
The restoration and renewal of the Palace of Westminster is expected to cost £4bn and take at least six years to complete. It will be the biggest heritage restoration project ever undertaken in the UK.
The Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority said it has now developed a draft client partners procurement strategy that envisages the appointment of various contractors to deliver the programme.
