Mace, WSP, Bovis among suppliers in pan-government consultancy framework

Mace Consult, Bovis and WSP are among the 219 suppliers in a new iteration of a pan-government agreement for the provision of management consultancy services for the public sector.
The vetted suppliers of the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) will provide cost-effective consultancy advice across a range of specialisms, such as infrastructure, procurement and policy.
The framework’s total value is an estimated £5.7bn, according to bid management consultant EIB. It will run for two years to the end of July 2027, without the possibility of extension.

MCF4 can be used by central government departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education, charities, third sector, housing associations and devolved administrations.
CCS requires suppliers to demonstrate they are committed to social value throughout the lifetime of the contract and that they have a carbon reduction plan that includes a net-zero commitment.
The framework is structured across the following 10 lots:

Lot 7: Health, social care and community
Lot 8: Infrastructure
