Kier is partnering with STEM Returners to run a programme to help people get back into work after a career break.

The construction and infrastructure group will provide job opportunities for the initiative across the country, on site and in offices. STEM Returners will find applicants for the 12-week fully paid ‘returnship’.

The programme will support returners with advice, career coaching, networking opportunities and mentoring.

The jobs are all permanent, so candidates will have the chance to continue at Kier after the scheme has ended. Returners will have access to mentoring and coaching from STEM Returners for 12 months to support them.
