Work is underway to install an underdeck scaffold structure on the Tyne Bridge from the Newcastle tower to the Gateshead tower.

Esh Construction is working with specialist scaffolding contractor Infrastructure Site Solutions to assemble the suspended scaffold. The operation involves a team working underneath the bridge 26m above the River Tyne.
