The organisation which manages the Grenfell Tower and the surrounding estate is being removed from its responsibilities.
Prime minister Theresa May told the BBC that she had had a private meeting with
with survivors of the fire who had expressed concerns about the Kensington & Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation.
“I was pleased that I was able to tell them… that the TMO will no longer have responsibility for the Lancaster West housing estate,” the prime minister said.
