The Grenfell Tower Inquiry begins hearing evidence on the cause of the fire today, after seven days of tributes to the victims, with Harley Facades’ submission set to be heard later this morning.
The envelope contractor installed over-cladding with an ACM cassette rainscreen, window replacement, curtain walling, louvres and “feature metalwork” at Grenfell Tower as part of a £2.6m contract prior to the fire last year that killed 71 people.
It is one of a number of contractors and subcontractors named as “core participants” by the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.
