The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) has launched a tender process for a new principal contractor for the ongoing maintenance and security of the Grenfell Tower site.
Government rules and public money-spending guidance require that the contract be reprocured to ensure value for money.
Potential bidders must complete a 16-page non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to access the tender documentation for the £21.3m contract. Signing NDAs is standard practice in a procurement that requires access to sensitive information.
