Government publishes advice for staff and contractors impacted by ISG collapse

The Insolvency Service has published online advice for ISG’s employees, suppliers and contractors affected by the company’s fallout.

Eight companies that are part of the ISG group entered administration on 20 September. Around 2,200 workers were made redundant and operations stopped with immediate effect across all of the contractor’s projects.

ISG employees who were dismissed may be entitled to statutory redundancy pay, arrears of pay, compensatory notice pay and holiday pay  from the Insolvency Service.
