Gateway 2 approval unlocks Sheffield apartment scheme

The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) has given the green light for a £46m apartment development in Sheffield.

Clegg Construction, on behalf of developer Brickland, has secured Gateway 2 approval for the project, with work on site expected to begin this month. 

The contractor has been appointed to build the 267-apartment scheme in Sheffield’s Nursery Street. 

The project will be delivered in partnership with Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson, Ridge, Futurserv, Egan Lucocq, and Design Fire Services.
