The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) has won an application to force a company that offers CSCS card applications to change its name.

In May, CSCS filed a request with the Company Names Tribunal to change the name of Construction Card Services LLP, a company incorporated in March 2025 by two directors with overseas residences, after objecting that its name would be likely to mislead by suggesting a connection with CSCS.
