The CIOB will be holding an international conference in Shanghai next week, concluding with the Institute’s first-ever overseas AGM.

The conference theme is “building better cities”, and speakers include Professor Roger Flanagan PPCIOB and Yi Jun, president of the China State Construction Engineering Company.
