BoKlok modular flats will be demolished, Skanska says

A block of flats built by modular company BoKlok in West Sussex is to be demolished because of storm damage.

Skanska, which owns BoKlok in a joint venture with Swedish retail giant Ikea, said the building in Worthing would be dismantled due to safety concerns.

Block 5 at Fulbeck Avenue in Worthing is part of a £12.6m Vivid development comprising 72 modular homes.
