Engineering consultant Hurley Palmer Flatt has acquired rival civil and structural engineer Bradbrook Consulting for an undisclosed sum.
The move is part of the group’s continued drive to grow its existing civil and structural engineering division and will see it take over the 50-strong firm with offices in London, Kingston, Watford, Manchester and Dubai.
Bradbrook has a turnover of around £4m and is currently working on a number of developments, including on a leisure and residential scheme at 6 Grosvenor Place in London’s West End. Bradbrook directors Simon Tolan and Grant Verster will remain with the company.
