Women into Home Building expands placement opportunities   

Fully-funded careers programme aims to help attract more women to the homebuilding sector

Home Builders Federation (HBF) has launched its sixth cohort of the Women into Home Building programme. 

The spring 2025 programme will provide the largest number of work placements to women across England, Scotland and Wales since the initiative was established.

Delivered in partnership with 11 homebuilders, the latest cohort will include 38 candidates. 

Participating homebuilders include Anwyl Homes, Bargate Homes, Bellway, Gleeson, Hill Group, Hopkins Homes, Keepmoat, Places for People, Taylor Wimpey, Tilia Homes, and Vistry Group.
