Willmott Dixon’s digital platform and MMC arm, Collida, has signed a five-year partnership with Architype, a leading net zero architect.

The partnership will give Collida access to Architype’s award-winning Passivhaus design and technical capability to help drive its Living platform, which seeks to develop a new generation of sustainable homes that enable local authorities, registered providers and developers to respond to the climate emergency and meet the UK’s net zero commitments.

Collida Living aims to deliver up to 90% lower running costs for residents compared to the average family home, while achieving 20% lower embodied carbon against London Energy Transformation Initiative benchmarks – all delivered through the use of factory-manufactured MMC solutions.
