A new training scheme has been launched to help improve competence in damp proof course (DPC) installation.

The Visqueen Registered Installer Scheme has been developed in partnership with the National Masonry Academy – part of the Masonry Association of Great Britain – and supported by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) via its national training standards and Approved Training Organisation service.

The scheme will focus on delivering third-party assessed qualifications and digital verification tools aimed at raising the benchmark for professionalism and safety in construction.
