Smart concrete technology startup Converge has launched a concrete data management platform, Data Hub.

According to Converge, Data Hub automatically captures, centralises, and analyses all concrete data. That includes concrete delivery tickets, batch records, compliance cube analysis, volumetric data, mix designs, quality assurance data and non-conformance reports, plus EPDs and carbon content. This saves hundreds of person-hours on manual data entry and reduces human error, setting a new standard in quality assurance on sites, the start-up claimed.

Data Hub’s automation capabilities also create a detailed, irrefutable audit trail for each concrete pour and reduce the need for concrete rework, which in turn reduces waste and saves costs, Converge said.
