Digital project and programme consultancy Proicere has acquired Physical2Digital (P2D), an AI-driven technology and digital implementation consultancy. The expanded business has been rebranded Proicere Digital.
The acquisition increases Proicere’s service to the construction sector, adding P2D’s expertise in generative AI, automation and digital data handling to the company’s established project controls services. The consultancy works with clients on complex, large-scale projects and programmes, including the Sellafield nuclear site.
Proicere was shortlisted at the Digital Construction Awards 2024 for its work with Morgan Sindall to create a new approach to managing emergency escape routes on complex construction sites, such as the Sellafield Product and Residue Store Retreatment Plant.
