#PPEthatfits: MP welcomes CIOB campaign to improve inclusivity

Ministers have been urged to ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is “designed with the female anatomy in mind”

Labour MP Emma Hardy has highlighted the important role CIOB's #PPEthatfits campaign has played in helping to drive change and improve the provision of inclusive PPE.

Yesterday (12 March), Hardy tabled the Personal Protective Equipment at Work (Protected Characteristics) Bill, which would require employers to ensure that PPE provided at work to people with certain protected characteristics was suitable for the wearer.
