Offsite construction specialist McAvoy has entered the residential market with the launch of a new steel-framed system.
The modular system has been tested with Queen’s University, Belfast, and can be used to build multi-storey apartments, detached, semi-detached and terraced homes.
An complete house can be built in a day and from foundations to occupation in just seven days, the firm says.
