Nuclear Decommissioning Authority recognised for menopause strategy

In order to achieve the Menopause Friendly Accreditation employers are assessed by an independent panel and must demonstrate evidence of their effectiveness in six key areas, including culture, policies and practices, training, engagement, facilities and evaluation.
