The new business graduate programme, which starts in September 2024, is now open for applications
The National House Building Council (NHBC) has launched a rotational graduate programme based at its headquarters in Milton Keynes.
The two-year training and development scheme is fully funded and will allow candidates to spend six months in four key business areas, including claims operations; standards, innovation and research (SIR); underwriting; and commercial services.
After the two-year programme, graduate trainees will be offered a permanent role in one of six business areas: business support and improvement; claims; commercial services; data and analytics; risk and compliance; and underwriting.
