Early Careers Programme offers practical experience across various infrastructure projects
Amey has welcomed its latest early careers cohort, including 137 graduates, apprentices, and interns.
The Early Careers Programme gives participants the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the business and contribute to complex infrastructure projects.
This year’s intake will gain hands-on work experience, with opportunities across engineering, design, finance, project management and business management.
Women represent 31% of this year’s participants and Amey said it is determined to continue promoting greater gender diversity, disability, and multi-ethnic representation in its 2025 intake.
