NAWIC and Women in Property join forces to ‘inspire change’ 

Representatives from NAWIC and Women in Property will participate in a Meet Women Who Shape Construction panel discussion and networking session at UKCW's Culture Change and Skills Hub.  

NAWIC will also host a Male Voices for Equity in Construction panel discussion in a bid to encourage more men in construction to support the cause. 

Olivia Jenkins, co-chair of NAWIC Midlands, said: "The National Association of Women in Construction has become something of a feature at UK Construction Week in recent years.

"We are delighted to be exhibiting this year in collaboration with Women in Property; a like-minded not-for-profit organisation that – much like us – creates opportunities and inspires change for women working in the construction industry.  

“Together we hope to increase awareness of the presence of women across a multitude of roles in the industry and the exciting opportunities that exist for other women and girls who aspire to join us."
