MEWPs manufacturer JLG Industries has acquired the core technology developed by robotics start-up Canvas.
Through the investment, JLG will expand its offering of autonomous, connected access equipment.
The collaborative partnership started six years ago when Canvas used a JLG platform to develop its robotics technology.
Through the acquisition, Canvas technology will be paired with JLG access equipment to support a range of interior construction applications.
The Canvas team will also work with JLG, which is part of Oshkosh Corporation, to develop new robotic and autonomous solutions.
