A historic Roman path will link the campus from the north to south. An east and west sport and health corridor will cross the project longitudinally.
Much of the natural environment around the development will be left intact, including local forests, orchards and meadows.
The campus was designed for the non-profit organisation Dieter Schwarz Foundation and the municipality of Heilbronn. It will use 80% less energy than another project of its size. It will use energy from wind turbines and solar panels stored using batteries and ground-based heat and cold storage.
