Women into Construction (WiC) has partnered with the Home Builders Federation and nine major homebuilders to create an employment programme for women.

The programme is for women who are interested in project management and want to pursue a career in homebuilding.

The nine homebuilders – Barratt Developments, Bellway, Cala Group, The Hill Group, Keepmoat, Persimmon, Redrow, St.Modwen Homes and Vistry Group – will provide work placements, as well as insight into their companies and the wider industry.
