The Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list recognises organisations that demonstrate a commitment to employee wellbeing
Property and construction consultancy Gleeds has been named one of the UK’s best workplaces for wellbeing for the second year running.
The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list comprises organisations that prioritise employees’ psychological, physical, financial and social wellbeing.
The accreditation, awarded by Great Place to Work, follows analysis of thousands of employee surveys.
The surveys asked employees to comment on how the company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security, assessing their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work.
