Emma Hooper has joined RLB Digital as head of information management strategy, the firm’s second heavyweight appointment of the year. The move reunites her with erstwhile Bond Bryan Digital colleague u003ca href=u0022https://www.bimplus.co.uk/rob-jackson-joins-rlb-digital/u0022 target=u0022_blanku0022 rel=u0022noopeneru0022u003eRob Jackson, who joined RLB Digital in Januaryu003c/au003e.
Hooper was named Digital Construction Champion of the Year at the Digital Construction Awards 2022 and is a well-known industry figure who is active in many stakeholder bodies and standards development. She is also vice-chair of buildingSMART UK and a passionate advocate for IFC.

Hooper joined Bond Bryan Digital in 2017, working with Jackson. In January 2022, the business was bought by BuildData Group. Bond Bryan Digital then won Digital Consultancy of the Year at the Digital Construction Awards 2023.

In September 2023, BuildData combined Bond Bryan Digital with its Createmaster business. Jackson left the business the following month, while Hooper was appointed head of R&D at BuildData’s then-new research institute.

More appointments
RLB Digital has made two further appointments. Surabhi Mohan Prasad joins the development team as a Power platform developer, and Debbie Dymott will support the team from a business development perspective.
