More than 9,000 people attended Digital Construction Week (DCW) over its two days at the start of June – a 4% year-on-year increase. There were 7,100 unique attendees, drawn not just from the UK, but also from the likes of Malaysia, Finland and Australia.

The show marked its 10th anniversary with 230 sessions across 10 dedicated stages, 150 exhibitors, a DeLorean and the Oracle Red Bull Racing Simulator.

David John Varghese, principal engineer at AtkinsRéalis, said: “The atmosphere at DCW was palpable. Beyond the impressive software and hardware demonstrations, there was a strong undercurrent of conversation focused on implementation, adoption, and the cultural shifts necessary to make these technologies truly effective.”
