JCT has announced that the next batch of 2024 Edition contracts are now live, which means they are automatically available as part of a complete JCT Construct subscription, and available to order individually from the JCT Online Store.
This latest release includes contracts from the Construction Management Contract 2024 (CM 2024), Management Building Contract 2024 (MC 2024), Framework Agreement 2024 (FA 2024), and Adjudication Agreement 2024 (Adj 2024) families, as well as the Project Bank Account 2024 (PBA 2024) and Dispute Adjudication Board 2024 (DAB 2024) documents.
