BSI launches 19650 Kitemark for BIM software

BSI has launched a Kitemark for BIM software that provides assurance that such software is aligned with the ISO 19650 framework.

The new Kitemark certification scheme has been designed in collaboration with both vendors and users of BIM software.

The first organisations to undergo this pilot assessment and achieve the BSI Kitemark for BIM software globally are BIM software vendors Asite, Llewellyn & Partners and Zutec.

BSI will continue to work with the built environment industry to further develop this Kitemark.
