Digital Construction North seeks speakers
Digital Construction North, the new show spun out from Digital Construction Week, is seeking industry professionals to share their best practice.
The show takes place on 13 November in Manchester Central Convention Complex, and 1,000 digital construction professionals are expected to attend. There are three presentation stages focusing on information management, innovation and transformation. The deadline to apply to speak at the show is 16 August.

Proicere appoints Kurt Metcalfe
Programme and project consultancy Proicere has appointed Kurt Metcalfe as associate director. His background in digital engineering in the nuclear and energy sectors will help Proicere deliver on its ambitions in those sectors. Among Proicere's customers is Sellafield.
Metcalfe joins Proicere from Babcock International, where he led a digital engineering function, delivering engineering design compliance to BIM, providing digital services to projects and re-education on the 19650 project delivery modules.
