Dusty Robotics raises $45m for FieldPrinter robot

Dusty Robotics, creator of the site robot that prints full-size floorplans on construction site floors, has raised $45m in its latest funding round. The FieldPrinter robots were used on 2.3 million sq m of construction sites in the first quarter of this year. Dusty has also announced the first round of software and hardware updates for the robots.

Net zero standard set for launch

The UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard will be launched on 25 May and is looking for beta testers. The standard will set out metrics by which net-zero carbon performance is evaluated, as well as performance targets, or limits, that need to be met.
