Amey has appointed a rehabilitation lead as part of its commitment to employing ex-offenders across the business and wider supply chain.

In the new role, Caprice Roberts will work with local communities, third sector organisations, the public sector, and private sector partners to support efforts to reduce reoffending, in alignment with the Ministry of Justice.

Roberts will lead initiatives designed to increase Amey’s new recruits from disadvantaged backgrounds in 2025. These programmes will also provide support for individuals with convictions, both within custodial settings and upon release into the community.
