Amey is working with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to deliver a sector-based work academy programme (SWAP)

SWAPs provide people with the opportunity to learn new skills and gain practical experience in a working environment.

The initiative, which was launched by the DWP in 2013, has been designed to help jobseekers to improve their employability credentials and enhance their CVs.
