An AI-powered note-taking app for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) is set to be launched commercially by the end of the year.

The iFieldnotes app aims to improve the quality, depth, accuracy, and speed of note-taking on and off site. It has entered final beta testing before going on sale on Google and Apple stores.

Development has been led by Edinburgh acoustics consultant Dr Shenzhi Su.
